Each project is different from the last so we always advise getting in touch to discuss yours.

Email Daking Designs with your name, project address, phone number and brief description of works required. This will enable us to research the planning policy and then email you a fee proposal, starting from £395. Alternatively call to arrange a free consultation meeting to discuss your ideas.

Once Planning Permission has been granted, we will swiftly move turning your plans into detailed construction drawings for Building Regulations approval and your builder, starting from £495.
