Project Brief: Convert existing stable block for new swimming pool.

Project Outcome: The outbuilding is situated on the grounds of a Grade II listed property, presenting a complex planning and listed building application process. By implementing a thoughtful design approach and collaborating closely with the Heritage team, we secured approval to convert the outbuilding while preserving its original features. The result is a striking demonstration of what can be achieved within the grounds of a listed property. The enclosure now includes an expanded swimming pool, complemented by a changing room and plant area.
