In 2024 our practice won the prestigious LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Award for Best Individual New Home in the regional category. Their award-winning project, a stunning new home in Leavenheath, was selected from a highly competitive pool of entries across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire.
 
With this regional recognition, Daking Designs Ltd now moves forward to the national finals, having been shortlisted for the LABC National Awards. The awards ceremony is scheduled for January 2025 at the iconic Grosvenor House in London.
