How it works

We visit your property to undertake a measured survey, evening and weekend appointments are available. We produce existing and proposed drawings for your project within a week.

We will then send you two copies of the plans for your approval. As soon as the drawings are finalised we will submit your planning drawings to the local authority, and act as your planning agent.

Once Planning Permission is granted, we will be ready to proceed in the production of your Building Regulation drawings. These are detailed construction drawings which are submitted to the local building control department for approval.

When the plans have been approved by Building Control, Daking Designs will send you two copies of the plans along with the approval certificates.
